In 60-minute adult gymnastics sessions, retired cheerleaders, aspiring human cannonballs, and other tumbling buffs can practice stunts on 900 square feet of bouncy spring floors. An ideal counterpoint to I <3 Zumba's dance-fueled cardio, Pilates bolsters muscles in the abdomen, hips, and lower back. Clients can invoke cyclical fitness in Spin Re-Mix, which teams 25 minutes of stationary cycling with 25 minutes of core craft in an attempt to whittle firm figures and heavily muscled apples.
